Administration and Marketing Manager

Polyglot is seeing a dynamic, meticulously well-organised and intuitive person to fill the vital role of Administration and Marketing Manager. The Administration and Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Polyglot, with a particular focus on ensuring the smooth running of the company’s annual artistic programs, overseeing its marketing activities, supporting company development activities and implementing a range of administrative systems and processes. Working closely with the General Manager and other staff, s/he will ensure a continuous flow of information and the development of positive relationships between all key stakeholders, including staff, artists, Board, audiences, suppliers, donors, sponsors and funding bodies. Sense of humour is a must. Inspired by the artistry of children, Polyglot makes interactive theatre where audiences take an active part in the creation of imagined worlds. Our artists view children as collaborators, facilitating a professionally-led artistic process to create experiential and installation performance for children aged up to 12 years where audiences actively participate in performance through touch, play and encounter.
