Andrew Gun is a lawyer with experience in intellectual property, general commercial, trade practices and consumer protection law. Andrew also provides pro bono legal services to clients including homeless people in Melbourne and the Human Rights Law Resource Centre. He lived abroad for 12 years, including 10 years in Hong Kong, returning to Australia in 2000 to commence a law degree at Flinders University in Adelaide. He graduated with the University Medal in 2003, and moved to Melbourne in 2004. Andrew's previous career was as a photographer and editor working for a range of editorial and corporate clients. While working for Agence France Presse in Hong Kong, he participated in the coverage of events including the handover of Hong Kong to China in 1997 and the Nagano Winter Olympics in 1998. Currently undertaking a Masters degree in law, his long-standing interest in the arts manifests itself these days mainly in appreciation of the masterpieces created by his daughter.
David is General Manager of Microsoft Infrastructure Solutions for Dimension Data. Previously, David was a freelance lighting designer, working at Her Majesty’s, Comedy and Princess Theatres, and for Australian Opera and Australian Ballet. David has an MBA from Southern Cross University and completed the Graduate Company Director Course from Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Johanna works as Group Strategy Manager & Finance Business Partner for Cadbury Schweppes. Prior to this, Johanna held corporate executive positions as Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Controller at Western Mining, Mayne Logistics & FedEx. Johanna has an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
Julia has been Development Director at Melbourne Theatre Company for the past 2 years, enjoying the occasional highs (and lows) of fundraising and sponsorship in the not for profit sector.
A glutton for the arts, prior to joining MTC, Julia held marketing and development positions at Frankston Arts Centre, The Australian Ballet School, Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and Melbourne Festival. Julia holds a degree in Arts Management from WAAPA, is a resident of Stonnington and a regular attendee at the Cromwell Road Theatre.
Kirsty currently combines working with the Monash University Academy of Performing Arts with the development of her company Artistic Merit.
She has significant experience in the arts including her role as the inaugural manager of the Esso BHP Billiton Wellington Entertainment Centre in Sale, where she was responsible for the development of strategy and programming that developed the reputation of the centre as a leading regional venue.
She was the founding co-artistic director of the Water Water Festival and was awarded an Asialink Arts Management Residency which she undertook in Indonesia in 2002. Kirsty has worked for Arts Victoria and The Arts Centre amongst others.
Prior to joining the board of Polyglot Puppet Theatre, she has held other board positions with Astra and Gippsland Regional Arts Sale. She is a fellow of the Gippsland Community Leadership Program.

Along side his design practice, he has considerable experience in teaching. He is currently the Head of Postgraduate Design studies at the Victorian College of the Arts - one of Australia's premier Arts training institutions.
Most recently he has designed Raymonda for the Australian Ballet, The Pirates of Penzance for Opera Australia, Riflemind for the Sydney Theatre Company and All My Sons for the Melbourne Theatre Company. He is currently designing My Fair Lady for Opera Australia, The Coronation of Poppea for the Victorian Opera and Frost/Nixon for the Melbourne Theatre Company.
He is the recipient of four Greenroom Awards. He won best design for Drama in 1998 for Stolen, and in 2000 for the original production of Life After George and best design in Dance in 2001 for Requiem and in 2004 for Molto VivaceTom Gutteridge - Artistic Director, Union House Theatre.
Former Artistic Director, Black Swan Theatre Company Perth. Performance and multi-media creator, with credits including mainstage opera and theatre direction, sound design and composition, and dramaturgy and writing across all live and digital media. Melbourne and Queensland Theatre Companies; Australian, Queensland and West Australian Opera Companies.
